If you have created a ticket via EDCOIN CUSTOMER SUPPORT's Freshdesk system but you did not receive the ticket number, please try the following:


1. Please check your SPAM folder.


2. If you cannot locate any relevant email, please try logging in to https://edcoin.freshdesk.com/support/home once again and view your ticket(s).


Doing 1 or 2 above should help you locate your ticket number and you can continue your conversation with EDCOIN CUSTOMER SUPPORT using the same ticket number/conversation.
