If you have forgotten your password to your EDPOINTS App account/wallet please reach out to EDCOIN CUSTOMER SUPPORT.


In the current version of EDPOINTS App, the forgot password feature is NOT working.


EDCOIN CUSTOMER SUPPORT will need to perform a MANUAL RESET on your behalf and with your consent/permission.

You can either 


1. Email EDCOIN CUSTOMER SUPPORT or 

2. Walk-in to the nearest EDMARK office.



1. E-MAIL EDCOIN CUSTOMER SUPPORT


In order to authorize EDCOIN CUSTOMER SUPPORT to perform a MANUAL RESET, please provide the following information to EDCOIN CUSTOMER SUPPORT via our FRESHDESK Ticketing System by writing an email to:


support@edcoin.freshdesk.com


A Freshdesk ticket will be automatically created for you.


In your email, you can state the following:


"I have forgotten the password to my EDPOINTS App. I would like to request for a manual reset, please. My details are:"


Please provide:


1. Your email address (That you used for registering your EDPOINTS App)

2. Your EDA number (This is mandatory for EDMARKERS)

3. A copy of your Identification Card/ID


This would authenticate your identity and also authorize EDCOIN CUSTOMER SUPPORT to manually reset your password.


When EDCOIN CUSTOMER SUPPORT has manually reset your password, you will receive an email through the Freshdesk ticketing system.



2. WALK-IN TO THE NEAREST EDMARK OFFICE



In order to perform a MANUAL RESET, please provide in handwriting a letter stating:


"I have forgotten the password to my EDPOINTS App. I would like to request for a manual reset, please. My details are:"


Please include:


1. Your email address (That you used for registering your EDPOINTS App)

2. Your EDA number (This is mandatory for EDMARKERS)

3. A copy of your Identification Card/ID


This would authenticate your identity and also authorize EDCOIN CUSTOMER SUPPORT to manually reset your password.


EDCOIN CUSTOMER SUPPORT will either help you create a FRESHDESK Ticket or advice you on your temporary password when your password has been manually reset.
