You cannot convert EDCOIN (EDC) directly into cash. However, you can convert EDCOIN (EDC) into USDT. This is called trading EDCOIN (EDC) for USDT.

Once you have USDT, you can trade USDT for your local currency on most Peer-to-Peer (P2P) platforms on major exchanges like Binance. This is called P2P trading.
