If the app suddenly closes when you are performing a certain step within the app, please try the following:
1. Uninstall the app
2. Re-download it
3. Try operating the app as you did before.
If the app still crashes or closes unexpectedly, please help perform a screen recording or obtain screenshots of the actions that you are trying to perform within the app, prior to it crashing.
Then please reach out to EDCOIN CUSTOMER SUPPORT via our Freshdesk Ticketing System to share the screen recording/screenshots and your details.
This would help the EDCOIN CUSTOMER SUPPORT team quickly understand what you observed and this would enable our team to assist you expeditiously.
