EDPOINTS are the global loyalty points for the EDMARK Ecosystem and they are intended to be used to purchase EDMARK products and/or services and thus, an EDPOINTS account and an EDA number need to be linked.




When registering your EDPOINTS APP, you would need to bind a valid EDMARK DISTRIBUTOR ACCOUNT number (an EDA number) to your EDPOINTS account.




If you have a valid EDA number, but the app is still treating it as an invalid EDA number, it would be best to visit or contact the nearest EDMARK office/branch.


The branch office will be able to assist you in:

1. Validating your EDA number

2. Help double-check that your EDA number is bound to your EDPOINTS account.
