Please do the following:
- Please reconfirm the email address you have used to register for your EDCOIN App.
- Please reconfirm that you have typed in the correct 4 digit PIN that you had originally specified/configured for your EDCOIN App.
- When you check your email to retrieve your PIN number, please ensure that the email address matches the email address that you used to register your EDCOIN App.
An "Invalid Pin [E-05]" message can mean either:
1. You may be accidentally entering the PIN number wrongly or
2. If you happen to have more than one EDCOIN App registered using different emails, you may have gotten them mixed up and you may be using a PIN for another EDCOIN App account that you previously registered using a different email address.
