The Mobile PIN required is the 4-digit number which you would have created the FIRST time you activated (registered) your EDCOIN APP.


If you have not used your EDCOIN APP in a while, you will likely have forgotten about the 4 digits you keyed in at that time.


 


If you cannot recall what the 4 digits are, please follow these steps:

1️⃣ Go to your PROFILE

2️⃣ Click on CHANGE PIN

3️⃣ Click on FORGOT MPIN 

4️⃣ Enter YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS and click proceed. 

5️⃣ You will receive a link in your email.

6️⃣ Use the link to RESET THE PIN.


Once successfully done, you can proceed to complete your transaction.


Anytime the 4 digits are required, you can key in your new 4 digit PIN which you have just reset.


If in the future you forget your 4-digit PIN again, you can repeat the above.
