#### is the ticket number for your request for help. This ticket number helps you and the EDCOIN CUSTOMER SUPPORT agent to have a conversation that can be tracked until the issue is resolved. 


Please only have 1 conversation with EDCOIN CUSTOMER SUPPORT using the same ticket number until your issue is resolved.


Opening multiple tickets for the same issue will only create more confusion for yourself and it will make it difficult for a dedicated EDCOIN CUSTOMER SUPPORT agent to follow through with your issue until it is successfully resolved.
