You will need to provide sufficient proof of identification to EDCOIN CUSTOMER SUPPORT via our Freshdesk Ticketing System.


Please provide:


1. A copy of the front of your National ID/Passport

2. A copy of the back of your National ID/Passport

3. Details on what you intend to do (change email/change mobile phone number, etc) and the reasons for your request(s).


Additional details may be required by EDCOIN CUSTOMER SUPPORT to facilitate your change of email request but rest assured that via the Freshdesk Ticketing system, your personal details are safe.
