We are sorry that you are receiving an EDA01 error when you are trying to log in using the MASTER EDCOIN WALLET Android app.
This EDA01 error code is related to Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM).
It is likely that the internet connection with your device may either be weak or not stable or not present at all. It is likely an uninstall and reinstall of the MASTER EDCOIN WALLET Android app would also be helpful. Alternatively, if you are in a hurry, please use the WEB APP version of MASTER EDCOIN WALLET.
First, please do the following:
1. Close the app.
2. Try to get a stronger internet/data connection.
- You can verify if you have a good enough connection by opening a browser/webpage and seeing if your browser is able to successfully Google/search for something or that your webpage loads smoothly. (Sometimes, it could be that proxies or firewalls may be blocking your traffic.)
3. Once you are certain that you have a good enough internet/data connection, please open your app once again and try logging in.
You should be able to successfully log in.
However, if you are still encountering the same EDA01 error message, then please try the following:
1. Uninstall your MASTER EDCOIN WALLET App from your mobile phone.
2. Download the MASTER EDCOIN WALLET App from Google Playstore and
3. Try logging in.
You should be able to log in successfully.
