We are sorry that you are experiencing difficulties using certain EDCOIN apps on your iPhone/iOS phone. 


We understand that some iPhone users have been experiencing issues with our iPhone apps recently.


Currently, support for iPhone apps/iOS apps is limited as the majority of users for EDCOIN related apps are Android phone users.


The Android versions of EDCOIN APP and MASTER EDCOIN WALLET plus the web version of MASTER EDCOIN WALLET are serving the majority of the needs of the EDCOIN Community. 


However, development, enhancement and support for iPhone/iOS apps is scheduled for remedy in 2024. 


We want to sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and assure you that we are taking these matters seriously.


Here are some frequently asked questions:


Q1: I'm experiencing the inability to convert EDCOIN to EDPOINTS with the iOS version of EDCOIN APP and the iOS version of the MASTER EDCOIN WALLET app on my iPhone. What's going on?


A: We are aware of these issues and are actively working on resolving them. While we can't share a specific timeline yet, we are committed to releasing updates that address these problems as soon as possible.


Q2: When can I expect an update with the fixes?


A: We are diligently working on the updates, but due to the reasons mentioned above, we cannot provide a concrete timeframe for their release. We will, however, keep you informed through our website, social media channels, and in-app notifications as soon as we have confirmed release dates.


Q3: What can I do in the meantime?


A: 


For iOS versions of EDCOIN APP


  1. Please consider using an Android phone of a trusted friend/relative.
  2. Download the EDCOIN App from Google Playstore. 
  3. Log in using your usual credentials. 
  4. After you've done completing the tasks you desire e.g. withdrawals or conversion of EDCOIN to EDPOINTS, please remember to log out from the app. 


For iOS versions of MASTER EDCOIN WALLET


  1. Please use the Web App version of MASTER EDCOIN WALLET.
  2. The web app can be accessed via https://meapp.ed-coin.io/.
  3. You can use either Chrome or Safari or your favourite Web browser to use the Web App version of MASTER EDCOIN WALLET.


If you have previously participated in any EDCOIN SMART STAKING programs, you can access the Web App version of MASTER EDCOIN WALLET using the same login credentials. You will NOT need to register a new account and you will NOT need to perform another KYC.


If you have never participated in any EDCOIN SMART STAKING programs, you will need to register a new MASTER EDCOIN WALLET account and complete the KYC successfully. 


You can then transfer your EDCOIN from your EDCOIN APP account (or any other wallets/WhiteBIT exchange/UNISWAP) to your MASTER EDCOIN WALLET and continue using all the features within the MASTER EDCOIN WALLET web app including EDCOIN to EDPOINTS conversions, EDCOIN SMART STAKING (when windows to stake are open) and other upcoming features.


To transfer your EDCOIN from your EDCOIN APP to your MASTER EDCOIN WALLET web app...


  1. Please consider using an Android phone of a trusted friend/relative.

Please note that the EDCOIN FOUNDATION will bear the transaction fee for withdrawals of EDCOIN APP on your behalf. You will be required to transfer all of your EDC as the EDCOIN FOUNDATION is gradually phasing out the EDCOIN App and all new features are being added to the MASTER EDCOIN WALLET, our community's all-in-one wallet.
